How do you pay with the Iddeal Credit Card?
  • Once you get approved from Iddeal, you can send us your Iddeal Credit Card numbers to pay for your jewelry. 
  • We will process the payment on our system and notify you once your payment went through.

Can I see your jewelry in person?

  • Yes! Our website and showroom share a live inventory. Many of the items will be available in our Southbridge, MA showroom.

Are all the items shown on your website available in your showroom?

  • No, there are some instances where an item shown online is not available in our showroom location.
  • This may happen because we do not catalog our items, meaning we purchase a small quantity and when the item is sold out, we do not always re-stock the item.

Do you buy loose diamonds?

  • Loose diamonds are most commonly purchased to be set into an engagement ring or other diamond jewelry. 
  • You can buy a loose diamond for any circumstance whether it be for a custom piece of jewelry or for an engagement ring. 

Is your packaging discreet? What does the box look like?

  • Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret.
  • We can ship your order to your office or a specific location to be held for pick up, or wherever you desire.

Will I be charged tax on my order?

  • Please note that US sales tax requirements may be subject to change due to the recent Supreme Court ruling on sales tax. 
  • Morin Jewelers collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts.

  • Yes! We offer our settings available as a stand alone on site, providing you the freedom to select your own center stone for the perfect ring.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • No, unfortunetly at this time, we do not ship our jewelry to international locations. 

How do I determine my ring size?

  • Morin Jewelers offers ring sizing services in-store. 
  • To schedule an appointment to find out your ring size, contact us for a free appointment.
